Mark Gitonga Kanyi is a results-driven business development strategist with over a decade of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and scaling economic empowerment programs across various sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Post-Harvest Technology from JKUAT and is currently advancing his expertise with an MBA in Operations Management. Mark is also a certified business coach through Wylde International and BCtA Lab (BoP-markets).
In his role as Head of Systems Compliance and Business Development at Capacity First, Mark spearheads initiatives that enhance organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and business growth.
His extensive experience includes collaborating with leading international NGOs to implement donor-funded programs, including projects sponsored by Danida, IKEA, UKAID, and the Embassy of the Netherlands.
Mark’s work is distinguished by his ability to bridge compliance with strategic development, ensuring sustainable impact across diverse communities.
