Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics with Computing and currently pursuing a Master’s in Gender and Development Studies, Felix combines data-driven insights with a deep commitment to equity and inclusive development.
As the Knowledge Management Lead at Capacity First, he strengthens program effectiveness through robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks, data analytics, and evidence-based advocacy. His expertise spans human rights, governance, health, climate change, and agriculture, with a focus on dismantling systemic barriers and empowering marginalized communities.
